Privi is a collaborative group of families and business owners who collaborate to create investments in real estate, private credit and private equity. We offer a variety of capital solutions from short-term bridge loans to equity investments throughout the United States.
In addition to providing capital, our team has experience in acquisitions, capital expenditures and asset management allowing us to provide strategic insights throughout the life of a project.
Privi works closely with a limited number of experienced owner operators who are deeply rooted in a market segment where they are able to find, curate, and manage investments in ways that others cannot.
We focus our evaluating and building relationships with exceptional operators as opposed to one-time investments. Best-in-class operators have weathered market cycles and understand where their investments are in the current market cycle.
Once a relationship is established, our goal is to provide significant investments in multiple projects to help a team reach their growth objectives and move efficiently when opportunities arise.

Class A, B, C mutifamily investments in growing markets with experienced operators. Clear value-add to stabilization properties are preferred.

WAREHOUSE

Industrial, warehouse, logistics and flex space in strategic locations across growing markets. Medium to large multi-tenant properties are preferred.

AFFORDABLE

Affordable housing solutions such as build-to-rent residential communities, mobile home parks, and tiny home communities.

STORAGE

Self storage and climate controlled storage properties in strong fundamental markets with supply deficiencies. New and value-add assets are considered.

RV PARKS

Select investments in strong markets alongside experienced operators. New and existing rv parks and campgrounds are considered.

Senior Living

Senior housing facilities in strong fundamental markets with supply deficiencies. New and value-add assets are considered.

SPECIALTY RETAIL

Specialty retail assets in strategic locations with quality anchor tenants. Medium sized neighborhood shopping centers are preferred.

Private Credit

Diversified portfolio of short-term, senior-secured loans collateralized by large commercial properties. Average loan 6-24 months.

OTHER

Opportunistic investments in existing companies with a strategic plan to capture additional market share and exponentially grow profits.
