Brett J. Redd

Managing Partner

Brett J. Redd is a numbers guy and leads the team’s efforts in asset selection, due diligence, investor relations, and financial oversight.  Prior to Privi, Brett was a Partner at Squire & Company, PC, a large regional accounting firm in Utah.  There he specialized in business advisory, buy/sell transactions, technology, and strategic growth initiatives for companies of all sizes.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Utah.
In addition to his roles in public accounting, Brett has over 12 years of experience as a hands-on operator and investor in over 2,000 multi-family units, 100 improved residential lots, 60,000 sq ft of industrial flex space, and various land acquisitions.
He has served as CEO and CFO for real estate investment firms and a short-term lending fund. There he specialized in underwriting potential properties, securing private debt, compliance with bank covenants, and lender relations. Brett has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and a Masters in Accounting and enjoys coaching, reading, fishing, golfing and anything else his wife and 5 kids are interested in.

Lee S. McCullough III

Advisory Board Member

Lee S. McCullough, III is a distinguished professional renowned for his expertise in estate planning, asset protection, business planning, tax planning, trust administration, and legacy preservation, catering to high net-worth individuals. Lee has knack for simplifying complex issues and making sophisticated solutions accessible to all. His esteemed clientele includes an NBA MVP, an NFL MVP, a MLB Rookie of the Year, various Power Five Football coaches, hundreds of Utah’s most successful businesses owners.
A fourth-generation attorney, Lee earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, along with a Juris Doctorate (JD) from BYUFor the past 17 years, Lee has contributed to the academic realm as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Notably, Lee is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Lee enjoys tennis, playing the saxophone, water skiing, snow skiing, and snowboarding.

Craig M. Porter Rollins

Advisory Board Member

Craig M. Porter Rollins, Partner Emeritus and former CEO/CCO in Financial Securities, brings extensive expertise in financial planning, public securities, alternative investments, tax strategies, and investment compliance. A distinguished figure in the industry, he served on the Board of Directors for the Alternative and Direct Investment Association ADISA, receiving the 2013 Distinguished Service Award and leading as ADISA Foundation President for seven years. Craig also advised the investment committee for Ladenburg Thalmann Alternative Strategy Fund, LTAFX.
Craig’s contributions extend to the entrepreneurial sphere, where he served on the Entrepreneur Organization State Board and as the US West Region Expert for GSEA from 2014 to 2017. Notable accolades include the 2015 Excellence in Leadership award from Woodbury School of Business, UVU, and the 2016 Business/Education Partnership award from the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce, shared with Dr. Jacob Sybrowsky. An original founder and former Chairman of the Board of Advisors for UVU’s Personal Financial Planning Program, Craig remains active in retirement, residing in Hawaii, writing children’s books and occasionally lecturing and consulting on investing and business.
